Consulting Services

Engineering Reports

Include preparation of independent conditional reports and review comments of existing buildings for its integrity from operational standpoint.

Thorough investigation of records, engineering drawings and documents, review of design criteria and specifications, code requirements and discrepancies, missing information, miscellaneous applicable documents and their references are checked out. Similar review is carried out for the new construction as well for preparation of public biddings of projects.

Project Management

Services includes scheduling, monthly updating and progress evaluation, payment schedule and study of line items for progress payments, preliminary construction cost estimate and cost analysis at various stages of construction, claims analysis and reports, review of projects at all phases of work.

Structural Engineering

Design for new construction, refurbished and retrofitted buildings, expansion of existing buildings, conversion of warehouses into school or office buildings, heavy structural steels in its entirety e.g., framings, columns, peripheral steel structures, space frames, reinforced concrete foundation designs of complex structures, masonry buildings, wood framings, wood structures of residential and commercial buildings, footings and foundations.

Construction Engineering Supervision, and Inspection

Services include total construction management at site using qualified engineering professionals; coordination, implementation, quality control and quality assurances, managing the general contractors and subcontractors, review and control of the flow of materials at site, dealing with the vendors and suppliers, review of shop drawings, preparation of Minutes of meetings, managing the site office and solving and site related problems from the start to finish of the project. Coordination with the Architect of record for questions and answers and resolution of problems at site is part of the engineering services at construction site.

Electrical Engineering

Includes basic electrical design for residential, commercial, office and school buildings. Design also encompasses a wide range of work for power plants, manufacturing plants, airports, commercial, industrial and process plants, hospitals, transportation and public facilities; design of power distribution and process control systems, lighting, fire protection and fire alarm system for large industrial projects.

Mechanical Engineering

Includes design of HVAC and Mechanical systems, detail site survey and system evaluation, feasibility studies, system reliability, troubleshooting, quality engineering and quality control, plant commissioning, and reports preparation. Plumbing and piping system for water supply and distribution system comprises design, engineering and installation in its entirety.

Engineering Services

Services include review of bid documents, geo-technical reports, foundation design recommendation, soils evaluation and classification, specifications, general bid drawings and relevant documents as per CSI (construction specification institute) and other recommendations. Code compliance and use of applicable codes for design and construction are taken into consideration in the review process.

Preparation of Geo-technical reports can be done and provided for the project as per the boring logs and site inspection by independent testing company appointed by client and architect of record for the project.
